Shipping

Once an order is placed, most orders take 2-4 business days to ship out. Since these are customized products, they are printed on demand, i.e., only after an order comes in, which takes time.

Once they leave our production facility in Bangalore via courier, an order will usually be delivered within 2-4 business days, depending on the distance from our facility.

Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days from the time the order was placed.

An order, once placed, cannot be modified online. Please contact our customer care to discuss your modification, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that, If the order has already been printed by us, then we will not be able to accept any request to modify.

At this time, we only ship domestically within India.

Contact our Customer Care on chat or via email (see top bar) and provide the new shipping address to the order that needs to be shipped.

Please note that if the order has already been shipped, we cannot process a change in shipping address.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link.

Payments

We accept payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, NetBanking, UPI and Wallets from all Major Banks and Payment Service Providers.

Yes, we accept payments via International Credit Cards supported by our Payment Gateway.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not accept Cash on Delivery or COD Payments. All order have to paid for online via our Payment Gateway. We offer Payment via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, NetBanking, UPI and Wallets.

After you have completed a payment online, it takes some time for the payment processing bank to send a confirmation to us. The status will automatically change once we receive the payment confirmation.

Returns & Cancellation

All orders are printed on demand specifically for you. As such, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

If the item you have received has a manufacturing or printing defect, please contact our customer care. We will review your case, and work with you for you towards a resolution.

If the order has already been printed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

We can accept a request to cancel the order if we have not yet started processing it. Please contact our customer care team via chat or email at [email protected] with your order details and cancellation request.

If the cancellation request is approved, we will process a refund back to your original payment method.
